What does the Comox Valley look like in 2025? In 2050? How do Valley residents continue to prosper in the face of a changing world? How do we protect the very things that attract people here? How does the Comox Valley become a leader in sustainability? A Sustainability Strategy will establish a vision of the desired future, and will lay out a set of goals and targets to reach that vision. The strategy will then directly shape a series of “implementation plans” for local governments. In 2007, elected officials and senior staff began this important work.
